New Con-x3 Technology
Con-x3 Technology can greatly improve bonding strength of matrix to diamond, therefore, diamond could be kept much longer in segment and the service life of core bit could also be prolonged. What’s more, by increasing the exposed height of diamond, we can achieve faster cutting speed, with which a drill bit can even work fine in high density reinforced concrete. In general, high strength diamonds are not easy to break and fall off in a crash during drilling and cutting operations. While a fine self-sharpening diamond core bit is very helpful to prevent segments from glazing, as well as the guarantee of sharpness of core bit.
Adjustable Drilling Depth
Each part of an assembly type diamond core bit is connected by screw threads. Therefore, the depth of drilling can be increased by adding more tubes.
Convenient for Transportation and Stock
An assembly type diamond core bit consists of three parts, the crown bit, the tube and the coupling. When the diamond segment is about to wear out, users only need to replace a crown bit while the tube and the coupling could be saved for re-usage. Therefore, compared with the single type diamond core bit, the total weight of those assembly ones has been dropped by more than 60%, and Inventory space more than 65%.
